Muscles inc specializes in technical sports massage. While my primary focus is maintenance and injury prevention treatments for endurance athletes I also treat for want of a better description - normal people. I focus on deep tissue and longitudinal stripping of the muscles to help achieve results based on client requirements.
If you are looking for a relaxation massage then I am not the therapist for you. Having said that, a treatment based massage often generates better long term results in reducing stress and creating a relaxed state of mind and body.

Sports MassageThis is my area of expertise and as an endurance athlete myself I understand the nature of endurance training and the common injuries associated with sport. I can help prevent injury and maintain healthy muscles. I can also help identify potential postural issues and implement the appropriate treatment plan.
I can design a massage to help you train harder and recover faster, that's perfect for those times when you have been pushing yourself. Sports massages are designed with four things in mind:
Pricing45 Minute Massage - $80
1 Hour Massage - $95 1 Hour 30 Minute Massage $140 Cancellation Fees: 24 hours before your appointment no fee 12 hours before or the day or your appointment incurs a late cancelation fee for the total amount of your massage unless I can rebook the time I had allocated. Testimonials

Massage for Normal PeopleNot all of my clients are athletes. In fact most of my clients are normal everyday people who use massage for a multiple reasons from: body maintenance, stress relief, injury rehabilitation, posture assistance and for neuromuscular dysfunction.
Muscles inc MassageI qualified as a massage therapist in 2002 with a diploma in Massage Therapy from the College Of Natural Medicine. I also have a certificate in advance sports massage.
As an athlete and a massage therapist I have a unique understanding of the recreational athletes requirements. I have been the massage therapist on epic camps in France, Italy, Hawaii and here in New Zealand. I have supported the House of Travel Triathlon since it inception.
